Shipping Policy
Once your order is confirmed, we process and ship it on the next business day. Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days across Egypt.
Shipping is fulfilled via trusted couriers to ensure prompt and secure service.
A flat shipping rate of EGP 200 applies to all orders. In the event that the customer declines to receive the item upon delivery, the shipping fee remains non-refundable and must still be paid in full.
We kindly ask that you ensure your contact and delivery details are accurate when placing your order to avoid any delays.
Return & Refund Policy
To guarantee customer satisfaction while protecting the integrity of our delicate handmade pieces, all sales are final once the courier has completed delivery.
Upon delivery, customers may inspect or try on the item while the courier is present. If they choose to keep the item, payment must be made immediately via cash or Instapay, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted afterward.
If the customer chooses not to keep the item, they are still responsible for paying the EGP 200 shipping fee to cover delivery costs.

Once the courier has left, the transaction is considered complete, and no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.
